Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is your TAT/ Processing Time?
A: For RTS (ready to ship) wax melts, processing time is 1-5 business days. For custom wax custom orders, processing time is 1-4 weeks. If you order RTS items with your custom order, everything will ship together when your custom order is complete. If you wish to have your RTS items shipped sooner, you will need to place two separate orders.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Effective July 2019, shipping is now a flat rate of $3.95 with FREE SHIPPING on single orders of $40 or more! NOTE: We do not combine multiple orders to meet the free shipping threshold. Multiple orders under $40 are each charged the flat rate shipping price.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We are no longer set up to ship internationally. You will need to utilize a mail forwarding service or find a really nice friend in the states who will order and ship for you ;)
Wax Melt FAQ:
Q: What kind of wax do you use?
A: Effective September 2017 -- our wax is now a custom blend of 100% paraffin waxes. We formulated it to be firm, but easily sliceable.
Q: Does your wax require a cure time?
A: No, you do not. It is ready to melt when you receive it, but you are certainly welcome to cure if you wish. I'm not the boss of you ;)
Q: What type of warmer works best with your wax?
A: I tested our new formula in a Glade 13-watt, Glade 20-Watt, and a 24-watt warmer (all hotplate styles). I personally didn't find the 13-watt to be strong enough for many scents. The 20-watt performed well with the majority of scents -- this wattage gave a nice throw and allowed the scent to linger longer. The 24-watt gave a banging throw on most scents, but the scent didn't last as long (tip if using this wattage: turn off the melter once it has melted and permeated the air -- turn on again later and repeat the process until the scent is gone). I did not test in any bulb warmers. I encourage you to try different warmer styles and wattages to find what works best for you and your home.
